21 yaşındaki Mısırlı profesyonel tenisçi Youssef Hossam, şike ve yolsuzluk gerekçesiyle ömür boyu tenisten men cezası aldı.

Teniste Dürüstlük Biriminden (TIU) yapılan açıklamada, Youssef Hossam’a, 2015-2019 yılları arasında 21 kez kuralları ihlal ettiği için ömür boyu men cezası verildiği duyuruldu.

Genç tenisçinin 8 karşılaşmada şike yapma, 6 karşılaşmada bahis oynama, 2 karşılaşmada rakibinin tam performans göstermemesini sağlama, 3 kez yolsuzluk yapma ve TIU’nun açtığı 2 davada da iş birliğinden kaçınma olmak üzere 21 ihlalde bulunduğu belirtildi.
