Dünyaca ünlü futbolcu Ricardo Quaresma, Portekiz‘de zor koşullarda yaşayan çingenelerin haklarını savunarak, faşist Chega partisinin liderine meydan okudu.

Hayat hikayesinden bahsettiğinde çingene olduğuna ve bu yüzden ülkesinde aşağılandığına dikkat çeken Quaresma, Chega parti liderinin yaptığı açıklamalara sert tepki gösterdi.

Andre Ventura ne demişti?

Parti lideri Andre Ventura daha önce yaptığı açıklamada; çingeneleri Covid-19’la mücadelede yasaların üstünde ciddi bir sorun olmakla suçlamıştı.

Eşek seslerini duymakla vakit kaybetmek

Ventura’nın açıklamalarına kayıtsız kalmayan Quaresma ise: “Irkçılık sadece insanlar arasında, sadece onları kışkırtanların, ondan bir şeyler kazandığı savaşlar yaratmaya hizmet eder. Hayatımız eşek seslerini duymakla vakit kaybetmek için çok değerli” yanıtını verdi.

Hararetli geçen konuşmaya son noktayı yine Ventura koydu ve; “Milli takımdan bir oyuncunun siyasete karışması talihsiz bir durum. Umarım futbol yetkilileri bunun yeni normale dönmesine izin vermezler” dedi.
