Geçtiğimiz sezon Fenerbahçe‘den olaylı bir şekilde ayrılan Max Kruse, geçtiğimiz günlerde ülkesinin kulübü Union Berlin‘e transfer olmuştu.

Olaya ilişkin, Fenerbahçe‘nin hukuktan sorumlu yönetim kurulu üyesi Alper Pirşen, Transfermarkt muhabiri Murat Öztürk’e açıklamalarda bulundu.

Max Kruse’nin, Fenerbahçe’ye karşı FIFA’da 7,5 Milyon Euroluk bir dava açarak kulüpten ayrıldığına vurgu yapan Pirşen, “Biz bu davaya ilişkin argümanlarımızı FIFA’ya yolladık. Bunun yanısıra Max Kruse’ye karşı dava açtık. Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü olarak oyuncudan bu süreçteki zararlarımızın giderilmesi için yaklaşık 18 Milyon Euroluk bir talebimiz var.” dedi.
