Süper Lig’in ilk haftasında Beşiktaş, deplasmanda Trabzonspor‘u Boyd, Mensah ve Lens‘in golleriyle 3-1 mağlup etti. Beşiktaş‘ın 64. dakikada kazandığı penaltı tartışmalara yol açtı.

Penaltı pozisyonuna dair önde gelen isimlerin yaptığı yorumlar şu şekilde;

Eddie Newton: “Çok basit bir penaltı kararı verildi”

Ahmet Çakar: “Hadi bırakın bu işleri. Eğer Beşiktaş’ın penaltısı penaltı ise her maçta en az 10 penaltı çalınmalı”

Rıdvan Dilmen: “Penaltı pozisyonundan yorum yaparsak Beşiktaş’ın 3-1’lik galibiyetine saygısızlık yapmış oluruz. Trabzonspor’un hiç pozisyonu yok”
