Eski milli futbolcu Emre Aşık‘ın boşanma sürecindeki eşi Yağmur Aşık ve bir şüpheli hakkında, 20 yıla kadar hapis cezası istemiyle hazırlanan iddianame kabul edildi.

Anadolu Ajansı’nın paylaştığı habere göre; Düzce Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı mart ayında “dur” ihtarına uymayarak kaçan ve yaşanan kovalamaca sonucunda yakalanan Emre Aşık’ın boşanma sürecindeki eşi Yağmur Aşık ve yanındaki cezaevi firarisi Erdi S. hakkında 4 sayfalık iddianame hazırladı.

İddianamede;”(Şüphelilerin) Tanık İlyas Y’ye 10 trilyon (milyon) para teklif ettikleri ancak dosya tanığı İlyas’ın, müşteki Emre Aşık’ın avukatı ile iletişime geçerek şüphelilerin kolluk kuvveti tarafından yakalanmalarını sağladığı bu şekilde şüphelilerin müşteki Emre Aşık’ı öldürmeye yönelik eylemlerinin teşebbüs aşamasında kaldığı tespit edilmiştir” ifadeleri kullanıldı.
