Galatasaray, Aziz Yıldırım’ın, 26 Mayıs 2016’da Antalya’da oynanan Türkiye Kupası finali sonrasında yaptığı, “Bu ülkeye şikeyi sokan Galatasaray’dır. 8-0’ı unuttu mu herkes (Ankaragücü maçı)… Arabalar…” açıklamasını gerekçe göstererek Aziz Yıldırım hakkında 1905 TL’lik manevi tazminat davasında bulunmuştu.

Milliyet’te yer alan habere göre; mahkeme Aziz Yıldırım’ın bu açıklamalarını saldırı olarak değerlendirmezken, mahkemenin reddine karar verdi.
