diyagonal.net Dış Haberler | Monaco ve Kolombiya Milli Takımının golcü ismi Radamel Falcao’nun İspanya’da yargılandığı vergi kaçakçılığı davasında karar belli oldu. Kolombiyalı golcü İspanyol mahkemesi tarafından 9 milyon euro + 16 ay hapis cezasına çarptırıldı.

FALCAO HAPSE GİRECEK Mİ?

Marca’da yer alan habere göre Atletico Madrid’te forma giydiği dönemde, sahte gelir ve görüntü hakları sahtekarlığı sebebiyle Falcao hakkında 9 milyon euro ceza + 16 ay hapis cezası verildi.

İspanyol yasalarına göre 2 yıl üzerinde alınan hapis cezalarında hapis cezasının çekilmesi zorunlu. Falcao’nun aldığı ceza 2 yılın altında olduğu için Kolombiyalı golcü futbolcunun hapis cezasını, para cezasına çevirdiği bildirildi.

2012 VE 2013 YILLARINDAN YARGILANDI

Marca’da yer alan habere göre 32 yaşındaki golcü futbolcu İspanya’da A.Madrid’te forma giyerken 2012’de, 822.609 €; 2013 yılında 4.839.253 €  vergi kaçırdığı bildirildi.  Xabi Alonso, Angel Di Maria ve Ricardo Carvalho, Luka Modric, Marcelo gibi isimlerde vergi suçlamasıyla karşı karşıya.
