Ligue 2’de Nimes ile gol krallığı yaşayan Umut Bozok, A Milli Takım teknik direktörü Mircea Lucescu’nun kendisi hakkındaki sözlerine Twitter’dan cevap verdi.

Rumen teknik adam, Nimes’de forma giyen yıldız futbolcu için “Milli Takım’ı istemek lazım. Çağırdık ama U21’i reddetti.” ifadelerini kullanmıştı.

Golcü oyuncu, Luce’nin bu sözlerine resmi Twitter hesabından yanıt verdi.

Ümit Milli Takım’ı hiçbir zaman reddetmediğini söyleyen Bozok, “Her zaman oynamak istediğimi söyledim. Ancak beni son maçlarda kadroya almadılar. Geniş kadroya girdiğim hâlde maç kadrosuna giremiyordum.” şeklinde konuştu.

Bu sezon 37 maçta 25 gol atan 21 yaşındaki santrfor, gösterdiği performansla takımı Nimes’i Ligue 1’e taşımıştı.
