Rusya’dan açılış maçı öncesi taraftarlarına ücretsiz tren jesti geldi. 81.000 kişilik Luzhniki Stadı’nda oynanacak karşılaşma için St. Petersburg’dan Moskova’ya ilk ücretsiz tren seferi gerçekleşti.

Federal Yolcu Firması Genel Müdürü Petr Ivanov gazetecilere verdiği demeçte, “Bugün toplam 13 tren yola çıktı, 14 tane tren daha yola çıkacak, yarın ise 23 tren servisi olacak. Bu özel trenlerde toplam 444 bin ücretsiz koltuk sağlayacağız.”

Ayrıca taraftarlara ve FIFA akrediteli gazetecilere ücretsiz ulaşım sağlamak için 734 ilave tren hizmete girecek. Ücretsiz seyahat için, yolcuların turnuva oyunlarından en az birine ve bir ülkeye ait geçerli bir bilet almaları gerekmekte.
