Fenerbahçe‘nin yakından takip ettiği Giuliano davasında mutlu son. CAS, Fenerbahçe’yi haklı buldu ve Al-Nassr‘ın 6.2 milyon euro ödemesine karar verdi.

Yargı süreci sonuçlandı

Fenerbahçe, 2018’de 10.5 milyon euro karşılığında Al Nassr’a transferine onay verdiği Giuliano için konuşulan bonservisin tamamını alamamıştı. Bunun üzerine ilk önce Suudi Arabistan kulübüne ihtarname çeken sarı lacivertli yönetim, istenilen gelişmelerin yaşanmamasının ardından süreci CAS’a taşımıştı.

Al Nassr, Fenerbahçe’ye 6.2 milyon euro ödeyecek!

CAS, transfer sürecinde yaşananları inceledikten sonra nihai kararını verdi. Arap basınında çıkan haberlere göre; alınan karar doğrultusunda Al Nassr yönetimi Fenerbahçe’ye 6.2 milyon euro ödeyecek.

Ödemenin zamanında yapılmaması durumundaysa daha fazla faiz ödemesine ek olarak kulübe transfer yasağının da gelmesi gündemde.
